At the 4th of July Parade - We had a blast at the parade, especially little Eden. She loved the fact that candy was being thrown to her for apparenly no reason. Everyday since then she has been asking me for another parade... "Parade again, Mama? Frow da candy." I'm pretty sure the highlight for Connor was all of the dance teams and cheerleaders in the parade.
Here we are waiting for the fireworks to start. See how all of our smiles are a little more forced. By this time, we were all tired, Eden had pulled out her cute hairbows and was sticky with taffy, Connor was exhausted (he had been up since before 6:00am to run the 5K) and ready for the 4th of July to be over. The fireworks were really great though. Eden loved those too. She kept saying, "Ohhh stars! Stars loud."
